At Vinny & Charles, we believe in the quality of our work, and that is why we offer a 90 Day Return policy on all of our fine jewelry pieces.

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges. Please do get in touch with us as soon as possible if you experience any problems with your order.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of being received back in our workshop. Please allow up to 14 working days for the entire process to be completed.
Custom, engraved or personalised orders, as well as sale items, cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

For peace of mind we strongly recommend that you return all pieces via tracked mail.
We will cover any return shipping costs for defective items. Buyers are responsible for any return related shipping and customs charges due to change of mind. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Any damaged packaging will be deducted from the refund amount.
