We provide one complimentary ring resize for engagement, wedding and lifestyle rings within the first 12 months after your ring is completed (eligibility depends on design style and metal type).

Please note that resizing beyond 12 months from the completion date, or after the free resize has been used, will require an additional fee.

We can’t be held responsible for any additional costs due to incorrect ring size being provided. We assume an accurate and recent ring size has been provided.

As each design is different, the charge will need to be assessed and quoted for each individual item. For example, eternity ring designs cannot be resized so a remake fee may be applicable. Please be aware that postage and customs charges that may apply.
