Every Vinny & Charles piece is made to order in our workshop.

Most customers reach out for advice, engravings information or to share their story with us before purchase. We can assist with it all via email, call or video consultation. Because we understand selecting ‘the ring’ can be overwhelming. We love working with you to ensure your jewellery fits your unique vision, essence and individuality. We believe jewellery should be made to fit you, and that’s what we do at Vinny & Charles.

Everyday in the workshop can be different & we love it.

Most days you can find Chris in the workshop manufacturing, polishing or casting pieces and Melody selecting gemstones, connecting with customers or packing orders.

Order Received

Once your order has been placed or a meeting has been set to design your jewellery, we begin the process of gathering resources. We take a non-seasonal approach to create timeless, heirloom pieces to last forever & beyond. All pieces are hand crafted just for you.

Small Batch Production

Our pieces are created in small batches allowing us to focus on each individual intricacy of the design and to avoid resource waste. Handcrafting each piece takes time.

Our current production time is 2-3 weeks for pre-existing designs and 4-6 weeks for custom designs to complete before we prepare for shipping.

Packaging & Shipping

Once your piece is ready, we prepare each package with love and little excitement. When the package has been shipped you will receive a tracking order then your Vinny & Charles piece begins its journey to you.

No matter how long it is before you gift, give or receive your piece we’d love to see.
